South Bay Hearing is a place to go if you need your hearing aid needs! Dr. Ian is patience, knowledgeable and professional . The staffs are friendly! I was there 4 months ago and I am happy with the service!

They got me in for a same day hearing test, for an acute hearing loss on my left ear. Audiologist Ms. Meredith Resnick was super kind and informative, explaining all the procedures along the way. She explained the results in detail too. She efficiently completed the test and sent the result to my otologist right away. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating too. Highly recommend this place!

Dr. Ian and the staff at So Bay Hearing are the best with warm, gracious service and follow up. They take the time to really evaluate your situation and personalize the process and service. I am a repeat customer that highly recommends changing your hearing challenges through their compassionate care.

for the staff. In all that time they have never pressured me to purchase new hearing aids but have in fact cleaned and serviced my original ones- with no cost to me. I had to take my 86 year old Mom for tests this past week. From making the appointment with Maggie to her actual appointment, this place is professional and first rate!

Jacob was our audiologist. He was SO warm and caring and was very kind when speaking to my Mom. Jacob completely put her at ease. Jacob was knowledgeable and explained things very well to the two of us. We both appreciated his gentleness throughout the process.

I have been a client of South Bay Hearing for approximately five years. When I received my hearing aids, I thought they were efficient and very polite. I have used their service center next-door very often. Ray cleans my hearing aids and makes sure they are operating properly.
Today I saw Chris Johnson and he was very informative, their system has evolved so much in the last five years that I was very impressed. I would recommend this hearing center to anyone in need of an audiologist.

I picked this hearing center based on many internet searches and ratings reviews. I had my hearing tests in October of 2015. I purchased the hearing aid recommended by Mollie Carson Au.D because of her knowledge, skill, and patience in finding the right AIDS for me. I have been back a few times for minor adjustments and periodic routine maintenance. The staff at this office are outstanding in providing proficient and very pleasant customer service. I love my hearing aids and thank God for guiding to this facility and providing me the opportunity to hear better than I have in more than a decade!

The hearing aids purchased above had a great service life but finally needed replacing. My audiologists, Ian Gerszewski, recommended a pair of ReSound Quattro LiNX aids. He set them up to match the settings of my old units as a starting point. They are amazing! I contacted Ian regarding some needed adjustments via the ReSouond phone app and a day later he sent me a program adjustment that the app used to update my units correcting the problem. You can't beat good recommendations and competent staff such as you get at South Bay Hearing!

I had an initial evaluation appointment at South Bay Hearing in Torrance, California on Friday, January 13, 2023. Dr. Chris Johnson was the Au. D. who treated me. His technical knowledge is superb. His attitude and manners are to be commanded with a five-star rating. He conducted a very thorough hearing test on me and explained the results in detail. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to potential customers needing hearing aids.

We had such a great experience here! We needed a custom ear plug for my daughter and they did a fantastic job. The staff was super helpful and supportive and we even got it in time for our Hawaii trip! I highly recommend them!

My today's appointment was with Dr. Anna Javins. The testing and findings brought great improvement to my hearing aid and my CI testings was still programmed perfectly. At my last appointment, she invited me to bring all my devices that was paired with my CI and hearing aid to be sure all were performing correctly. Long story short, she again displayed, patience, enthusiasm, professionalism and is gifted with wonderful people skills. I will be referring her to all my family and friends. Note, 5 stars isn't adequate!
