Ms. Janet Zuniga is the best. She provided care well above my expectations. Finally, a knee sheeve that fits. The staff in the phrmacy were exceptional as well.

Janet was a jewel with my mom today! She was patient with her as my mom asked a million questions about her spica splint. I am so happy that her Doctor sent us to this place. They have everything you need. Janet was super knowledgeable and helpful. I even walked away with a knee brace ideal for some pain and swelling that I had. Don't look any further. This shop has all your medical needs. Besides, we should support family owned businesses! I will continue to shop as long as you have great folks like Janet there!

They are an incredible pharmacy and especially Karen. Not only were they the only pharmacy that carried what I needed but Karen helped me and she was incredible. I highly recommend her and the pharmacy. I will use them whenever I can. You cant get any better.

I was at this place trying to find a walking cane because of the long time injury on my left knee! I could hardly walk because it is so painful. Janet was the person that helped me. She was very courteous, patient, knowledgeable, and professional. She basically asked me some questions and tried to find out why I need a walking cane? She showed me quite a few canes but I didn't like them because I worried about if I tripped the bottom of the cane; that might just be worse. She suggested that I need to treat the pain in my knee and showed me a few knee sleeves. She even tried to put one on for me and asked me to walk a few steps and see how I felt. I was surprised that it made my leg felt more stable and could walk a little better. It's less painful by wearing that knee sleeve.
Thank you so much, Janet! I appreciate it very much. I will wear it until I can find a good orthopedic surgeon to operate on my torn knee!

Janet was very very helpful when I was looking for my chair and went out of her way to get me a good price and was very knowledgeable about the lift chair I bought.

Went in looking for crutches and a boot after taking a nasty fall.. Had concert tickets for my birthday that night... Janet was so very compassionate and helpful.. She got exactly what I needed set me up and even went above and beyond by suggesting that a knee scooter would be superior to crutches...She was absolutely right.. So much walking at the concert.. never would have made it with crutches.. She took her time fitting me with everything I needed and made me feel comfortable and confident ..She is very knowledgeable and caring. Made sure I could do it myself as well ... Can't say thank you enough for making a painful situation the best it could be..and saving the concert!!!!! And my birthday!!! Thank you Janet!!

After many years with CVS as my pharmacy, I grew tired of their slow erosion of customer service. It became apparent that the employees were also frustrated by the corporate policies. I did a Google search for a "Friendly Pharmacy", and Kovacs-Frey popped up. I gave them a try, and realized on my first visit that my search was over. Kovacs-Frey is so far ahead of any pharmacy, you will be surprised and pleased with their "customer first" attitude. Its like going to the Cheers Bar: they greet you by name, and they can't wait to help you. And the surprise part: every one of my prescriptions is much lower cost than I was paying at CVS. I needed to purchase a small cuff for my blood pressure monitor. I looked everywhere online and in local stores and could not find one. Kovacs had one! Their staff was so kind and helpful.
