I had a difficult case...I needed my drones insured for use in my video business. Not only was Mark able to get me insured, he was able to get two drones insured for the same price I paid for 1 drone previously. He reminded me well in advance that my insurance needed a renewal, and had me fill out paperwork ahead of time to we were not rushed. Finally, he brought the paperwork to my office instead of making me drive to him. I would have to say great customer service and a job well done.

Mark is absolutely wonderful! My husband and I recently decided to get our first life insurance policies, and I emailed Mark asking for help. Since our son, Jake, is reaching the age of 26 and, therefore, will no longer be eligible on our family health insurance plan, we needed to research an affordable health insurance policy for him. Mark Applegate's name was given to us by our own insurance agent. Mark responded to our email quickly, giving us many different policy options. We wanted our son to be responsible for this transaction so Mark corresponded with Jake directly about his policy choices (with us cc'd on all emails). They agreed on an affordable and reasonable plan based on a continuity of care with Jake's current health providers. Mark assisted Jake with step by step instructions in order to sign up through the insurance website . Mark was responsive to all our questions in a timely manner both by email and phone. He was very helpful, informative, professional and made the process of purchasing a new health insurance policy incredibly easy.
