A few years ago the pandemic changed many people’s lives, including mine. I started thinking about what I was putting on my body and decided to make changes little by little, starting with skincare. I began experimenting with different ingredients and I knew in my soul I was onto something when I researched ingredients our ancestors used, such as tallow. Initially the idea of putting rendered beef fat on my face and body sounded a little crazy, but I gave it a try after reading that tallow’s chemical composition is closest to our own. After using my face cream and body butter for a few weeks, my skin tone began to even out and the rosy color that I lost during menopause began to return. At that point I was hooked! My daughter, Chloe, and I have always had a vision of running a business together, but didn’t know what that looked like. Being the adventurer that she is, she left home right after high school and ended up in Los Angeles 7 years later.
